STOP SMOKING!!!

Smoking is which one of many activities from people at this time. Smoking not only for adult, but also also many teenagers already done it. They usually do it because of stress, for forgetting their problem or just for trying and having fun with their friends. Many of them do not realise what the effects are, whereas the effects are dangerous. The effects of smoking will attack and destroy our health little by little, even for the passive smoker. For passive smoker it is more dangerous than for active smoker. That is because of many poisonous on the smoke, so it is influencing the oxygen on the air.
Many poisons that consist in the cigarette because cigarette is made from tobacco. They are nicotine, carbon, etc. The carbon and nicotine can attack our heart and it makes us difficult to breath oxygen from the air. Besides that smoking can cause cancer and for the nature the smoke from cigarette can cause pollution and global warming. Many ways that government has been done for reducing smoking. Like as in Jakarta, the government makes the regulation for smoking. The government forbid the people smoking in public area, if they disobey the regulation so they will be fined and punished.
Many loss that we get from smoking than the advantages. Smoking can cause our health be worse. Besides that, if we smoke we will spend much money for buying cigarette, but many people still do it everyday. Even, on the packages of cigarette, the factory has made caution about the dangerous of smoking. Those are that smoking can cause cancer, impotent, and heart attack. But many people disregard those all
After we knew many effects from smoking and those very dangerous so we must stop it.There is a simple way for reducing or stopping smoking from ourselves. If we wanted to smoke may be we can eat candy, so it will reduce our desire. But the most important is struggle from ourselves to stop smoking.
